Shipping
Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may run longer during holidays or peak seasons.
Tracking: You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after the label is created.
Bundles: Bundle orders may arrive in more than one package. If part of your order shows up first, the rest is on its way.
Lost or delayed packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us and we'll help, including a replacement or refund if your package is lost.
Wrong address: Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll try to fix it before your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
30-day money-back guarantee: Not happy with your order? Email us within 30 days of receiving it with your order number and we'll give you a full refund. No return shipping required.
Damaged or wrong items: If your plush arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong color, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
How refunds are issued: Refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
Cancellations: Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has shipped, the 30-day guarantee still applies.

This website is operated by VolleyPlush. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders: Please provide accurate information when ordering. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.
Products and pricing: We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but colors may look slightly different on your screen and sizes are approximate. Prices and availability may change without notice. Bundle discounts apply only as shown at checkout.
Intended use: VolleyPlush products are soft plush decor and novelty items, not regulation sports equipment, and are meant for indoor, light use.
Intellectual property: All site content, including text, images, and logos, belongs to VolleyPlush or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent allowed by law, VolleyPlush isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
